Lifecycle Support
USS helps clients move from installation through commissioning, handover and ongoing operation without losing local delivery capability at the end of the project.
01 / Controlled Handover
Commissioning is often where installation quality, missing information and unresolved interfaces become visible. USS can support OEM and integrator commissioning teams by confirming mechanical completion, closing snags, coordinating access, providing competent attendance and recording agreed evidence.
Controls programming, product validation and final technical acceptance remain with the relevant competent party unless specifically included within the contract.
02 / Service Models
Short-term dedicated support through physical completion, commissioning attendance, punchlist rectification and final client sign-off.
Local attendance and coordination for agreed warranty activities, working under OEM technical guidelines and warranty governance.
Scheduled periodic inspection and maintenance scopes with defined check sheets, service reporting and replacement parts management.
Priority emergency breakdown response under agreed operating hours, geographic zones, technical competence and response SLAs.
USS does not advertise unsupported 24/7 coverage. Each aftercare agreement must define the supported equipment, geography, operating hours, response target, escalation route, spare-parts responsibility, rates and exclusions.
This creates a service the end customer can rely on and the delivery team can realistically maintain.
